Peckish
iPhone · iOS 17+

Say what
you ate.

Ne yediğini
söyle.

No searching a food database, no scanning barcodes, no forms. Type “oatmeal with blueberries and a latte” — or photograph the plate — and it becomes items, portions and macros in one tap.

There is no account and nothing to set up. Your diary lives on your iPhone.

Peckish showing a logged breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries and a latte.
§ 01

Three steps, then it's logged.

The whole app is one screen. You write, it answers, the counter moves.

01

Describe it, or shoot it

Plain language, in whatever language you speak. “Half a chicken shawarma and a diet coke.” Or tap the camera and photograph the plate.

02

Claude does the arithmetic

It splits the meal into items, assumes a sensible portion where you left one out, and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat — then tells you the assumption it made.

03

Correct it by talking

“Actually the latte was a large.” “Remove the coke.” The log updates in place — or tap any card to edit the numbers by hand.

§ 02

What's inside.

Everything below works out of the box — no account, no API key, no setup.

01

Photo logging

Snap the plate or pick from your library. Portions are read from visual cues — plate size, cutlery, how full it is.

02

Meals, not just numbers

Items group into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks by what you said or by the clock. One message can cover two meals.

03

History and a weekly chart

Every past day stays readable, with a seven-day bar chart against your goal and a CSV export when you want the raw rows.

04

Apple Health

Optional. Turn it on and every item is written to Health as a food entry — energy and macros. Edits and deletions follow it.

05

Widgets

Calories left on the home screen, and a ring on the lock screen. Both update the moment you log something.

06

A quiet daily nudge

One optional reminder at an hour you pick. Scheduled on the device — nothing is sent anywhere to make it happen.

§ 03

Your diary, your device.

There is no sign-up, no profile and no analytics. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Stored on device

Your entries, chat and photos are kept in the app's own database on the iPhone. Nothing is uploaded anywhere for storage.

Sent to Anthropic

To estimate a meal, the text or photo you just sent — plus today's totals and recent messages — goes to Anthropic's API through a small relay we run. The relay adds the key and keeps no copy.

Never collected

No accounts, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Yours to delete

Removing an item also removes it from Health. Deleting the app removes the whole diary and its photos with it.
